Art and Design relates to many different aspects of our life and its appreciation is an important part of what we teach here at Les Beaucamps High. Underlying this principal is a belief in allowing our students the freedom to express their own ideas in an exciting and original manner.
At KS3 our aim is to build on the fantastic work our primary colleagues have done with students and further develop their practical and critical skills in preparation for GCSE. This is achieved through a variety of exciting projects aimed to capture and challenge the student’s imagination.
At KS4 GCSE Art and Design provides students with a wide range of creative, exciting and stimulating opportunities to explore their interests in ways that are both personally relevant and developmental in nature.

*Both units are marked by the teacher and moderated by AQA through a visit to the school.
